About Herewith
Herewith changes how people access care. Our platform helps seniors and their families find, hire, and manage background-checked local Helpers for everyday support at home. We cut out agencies and middlemen traditional to caregiving, saving families money while increasing pay for Helpers. We are building out a B2B service by partnering with Healthcare Providers to utilize Helpers on our platform to provide non-medical support to their patients, and we need an experienced UX designer to turn ambiguity, complex requirements, and stakeholder feedback into clear, intuitive, and compliant products that will drive the next generation of our business.
About the Role
We are looking for support in two areas: identifying and improving the current product, and defining our first B2B service offering. You’ll work with our team to translate customer feedback, partner requirements, and user analytics into intuitive, accessible, well-structured wireframes and user journeys. You’ll collaborate with a small product team (Head of Design, Product Manager, Copywriter, and Engineers) to deliver high-quality features and improvements to our service. We value respect, inclusivity, emotional sensitivity, and collaboration, and expect you to be proactive and communicative with the team.
What You’ll Do
- Own UX design across the Herewith suite of products, including improvements to the current product and development of B2B services.
- Work with stakeholders, partners, customer service, and product management to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
- Translate insights and requirements into information architectures, wireframes, lo-fi prototypes, and specifications using Figma.
- Collaborate through design reviews and development to ensure quality from design to final build.
- Review product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics) to guide design direction and improvements.
- Ensure usability and accessibility standards are maintained across the product.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of UX design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, Health-tech, or healthcare environments.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking from discovery to deployment.
- Experience designing for web and mobile apps (cross-platform).
- Collaborative mindset with experience in design reviews and iterative processes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to advocate for the user and articulate the "why" behind design decisions.
- Proven ability to work with remote engineering teams; able to balance user needs with feasibility and review builds to ensure the live product matches expectations.
- Experience testing and researching to validate design decisions (metrics, prototyping, or desk research).
- Proficiency with Figma for creating design artifacts; comfortable using Google Docs/Slides for presenting to stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Healthcare, Senior Living, Dual-sided Marketplaces, or Gig apps.
- Personal experience with care for a family member or someone you know; empathy for customers.
- Past experience working directly with developers, whether QA, coding, or building prototypes.
