We’re partnering with a major UK organisation to recruit a Senior UX Designer who will play a hands-on role in designing intuitive, user-centred digital products and services. This is a business where UX isn’t just a function — it’s embedded in how products are imagined, tested, and delivered. You’ll join a collaborative and cross-functional UX team, working closely with service designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to shape experiences that make a real difference to customers’ lives.

This role is based in London, United Kingdom.

The Role

  • Design end-to-end user journeys across web and native platforms.
  • Partner with service designers to ensure solutions align with the wider customer journey.
  • Generate and refine design ideas that solve real customer and business problems.
  • Produce prototypes and high-fidelity designs to test with users and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure delivery matches design intent.
  • Define and measure success criteria for design solutions, reporting outcomes from a UX perspective.
  • Contribute to the design system, creating and refining reusable components and patterns.
  • Apply behavioural design principles to guide and support customer decision-making in an ethical and transparent way.
  • Translate complex services into clear, supportive journeys that reduce friction and build confidence.
  • Share best practices, mentor junior designers, and actively contribute to design critiques.

About You

  • Proven experience as a UX or Product Designer, ideally within cross-functional product teams.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design skills across web and mobile.
  • Skilled in prototyping, usability testing, and applying evidence to refine designs.
  • Confident working with service designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver joined-up solutions.
  • Knowledge of behavioural design principles and how to apply them responsibly.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG 2.2) and inclusive design practices.
  • Naturally collaborative, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about continuous learning, improvement, and sharing knowledge with others.
