• Strong background in experimental design, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
• Proven success presenting research insights to leadership and influencing business decisions.

Senior UX Researcher Responsibilities

• Develop research roadmaps aligned with business priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Lead end-to-end research projects, independently managing execution.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies including surveys, interviews, and mixed-method research.
• Partner with UX, product, and marketing teams to inform design and strategy.
• Mentor junior researchers and drive improvements in research processes, tools, and methodologies.
