Responsibilities

  • Work with agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders to problem-solve and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and internal projects.
  • Participate in live whiteboarding sessions and collaborative design activities, with hybrid working expectations (in-office or client site, minimum two days per week).
  • Design and launch digital products and services; apply end-to-end service design tools and techniques (e.g., service blueprints, journey maps, stakeholder mapping).
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, prototyping, and wireframing; contribute to design strategy and implementation.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and technology teams across multiple sectors to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

  • Essential requirements: strong problem-solving and analytical thinking; ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record as a Senior UX/UI Designer delivering services for private and public sector clients; experience in client-facing roles and leading proposals.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring others; strong business acumen and ability to identify opportunities and contribute to business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, research, and insights into actionable recommendations; inclusive leadership style focused on excellence.
  • Willingness to meet residency/security requirements where applicable; note that some UK roles may require security clearance.
