As part of our Digital & Data community you will work alongside product, design, and other cross‑disciplinary experts to bring ideas to life through innovative software solutions.

What You Can Expect

• Work with agile best practices and cross‑functional teams on both client deliverables and internal projects.
• Participate in live white‑boarding sessions and asynchronous communication on Teams.
• Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week, with up to five days on client site per assignment.
• Lead complex design projects from strategy to execution, managing medium‑sized assignments and building strong client relationships.
• Deliver exceptional design deliverables across the full design spectrum and drive continuous innovation.
• Shape design approaches, influence client decisions, and mentor design colleagues while contributing to business development.
• Balance internal projects with client deliverables, ensuring seamless integration of design and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience designing for AI‑powered experiences and using AI to enhance creative workflows.
• Senior UX/UI Designer with a proven track record in private and public sector services.
• Client‑facing experience in an agency or consultancy, with strong client relationships and owned assignment outcomes; experience leading proposals.
• Collaborative, empathetic leadership focused on mentoring and fostering inclusive teams.
• Comfortable working across AO industries: Consumer & Manufacturing, Public Sector, Defence & Security, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Transport.
• Familiarity with trends in service design and emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and digital transformation.
• Strong business acumen, capable of spotting new opportunities and contributing to business development.
• Strategic thinking and innovation skills with proficiency in industry‑standard design tools and methodologies.

Assessment Process ⚖️

• Round 1: Competency interview (45 mins)
• Round 2: Case study task (60 mins)
• Final round: Meeting with a PA leader (60 mins)
