What You’ll Bring To The Table

Conduct comprehensive residential property valuations in accordance with RICS standards. Prepare detailed reports for clients, including mortgage lenders, investors, and developers. Manage client relationships and provide expert advice on property values and market trends. Stay up to date with changes in legislation, market conditions, and valuation techniques.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

MRICS or FRICS 5 years PQE. Proven experience in residential and commercial valuations. Excellent report writing skills with a strong attention to detail. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site inspections when required. Proficient in using valuation software and technology.
