A Branded Environments team within an international Architecture and Design studio is looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Wayfinding Designer who can help people find their way — and make the journey look good while they’re at it. You’ll lead design work across wayfinding, placemaking, and visual identity, from early concepts to on-site delivery. Basically: strategy, signs, spaces — all tied together beautifully.

You’ll be:

• Producing, supervising and delivering design systems, guidelines, drawings, and specifications at the conceptual, tender and construction stages.
• Turning research and strategy into thoughtful, user-friendly design
• Designing across environments - not just pretty, but purposeful
• Collaborating with 3D designers, architects, clients, and contractors
• Presenting ideas clearly (and convincingly) to both internal teams and clients
• Managing multiple projects and mentoring Junior members of the team
• Involved in the generation of bids and tender documents
• Joining a friendly, professional and committed team

You’ll have

• A keen eye for design and passion for creating design systems
• A portfolio full of smart, well-executed wayfinding and environmental design
• Strong typography and layout skills (and you know your way around a floorplan)
• Confidence in navigating both creative reviews and construction sites
• A good handle on accessibility, materials, and real-world application
• Fluent Adobe Creative Suite skills and solid attention to detail
• An understanding of Revit and the ability to oversee projects in this tool
• Experience using Signagent is a bonus
