OverviewSenior Wealth Consultant – HNW and Professional Partnerships. Isio is seeking a Wealth Adviser with excellent financial planning, wealth consulting and technical skills, a commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a network to match. Roles are primarily in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds and Bristol.Role and ResponsibilitiesEngage and leverage your extensive network including Accountancy and Legal firms to develop and grow client relationships.Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deepen relationships and deliver integrated solutions.Provide exceptional, holistic financial advice and service to clients during both initial engagements and ongoing reviews.Support growth by advising and servicing both new and existing clients.Build and enhance Isio Wealth Planning’s profile, reputation, and engagement internally and externally.Ensure Isio Wealth Planning is a credible, integrated component of the wider Isio proposition, adding value to introducers and their clients.Contribute to the business’s growth aspirations while maintaining compliance and high standards of client service.Act as a financial coach and mentor to sophisticated high net worth clients.Key Skills & ExperienceChartered status with extensive experience as a Wealth Adviser.Proven ability to build and maintain an HNW client base through engagement with Accountancy and Law practices and wider networks.Experience delivering holistic, tailored financial advice to clients.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team and wider business.Established network of external firms and recognition within the Professionals community is advantageous.Strong reputation for excellence in client advice and service, with credibility, gravitas and trust in both one-to-one and group settings.Demonstrated Commitment to our Core PurposePower in Partnership: Build open, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver the best outcomes.Future Focus: Drive industry progress by solving problems in better ways for clients and society.Strength in Difference: Embrace diverse perspectives to find better solutions.People First: Recognise pensions is a people business; people’s lives are at the heart of our advice.What we offer youIsio is a people business, offering opportunities for a wide variety of experience, development, and progression.
