YOUR MISSIONS
As a Senior Workday Consultant, you will work closely with client teams to lead functional areas, define scope, and deliver tailored Workday solutions.
You’ll be a key team member at HR-Path, implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global clients. Building relationships to understand client needs is essential.
You will also coach junior consultants and participate in pre-sales activities.
You may take on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Designer, Tester, or Trainer during different project phases, from offer to production support.
Participation in project development can lead to enhancing our propositions and business growth.
A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to customer sites or attend global events.
YOUR PROFILE
- Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management.
- Experience in implementing technology-enabled HR solutions.
- Ability to challenge and design HR solutions aligned with client expectations.
- Translate requirements into configuration options.
- Advise on solution evolution during implementation.
- Experience in facilitating workshops, writing design documents, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
- Ability to lead requirement workshops, prepare documentation, and ensure successful deliverables.
- Follow Workday Methodology to tailor modules to client needs.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude, capable of leading and supporting project teams.
- Lead design workshops and maintain best practices and quality standards.
- Participate in sales activities and contribute to work estimates.
- Effective in task prioritization and time management.
- Ability to work independently and supervise others.
- Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in at least 10 complete Workday project lifecycles is advantageous.
- Workday Core HCM certification.
