Senior Workday Analyst
Location: London, Hybrid

We’re looking for a Senior Workday Analyst to own and evolve the Workday platform. As the go-to Workday expert, you\'ll drive system improvements, support HR cycles, and deliver high-impact enhancements across modules like HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Workday configuration, reporting, security, and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to optimise processes.
• Resolve system issues and deliver user-focused improvements.
• Build reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
• Guide third-party partners and mentor junior team members.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience across HCM + 3+ modules (e.g. Learning, Payroll, Benefits).
• Strong config, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, detail-driven approach to system optimisation.
