Overview

We are assisting them with the hire of a new Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate could be based in London or the home counties. Hybrid working is essential. The role will be solely managing the Nike account.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Nike account end-to-end, including coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Work on store installs, de rigs and re-fits, and manage budgets for projects.
  • Collaborate with CAD operators, designers, project managers, carpenters, welders, sprayers, prop makers and installation teams to deliver Nike-related projects.
  • Communicate confidently with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and clear expectations.

Qualifications

  • Solid agency-side experience, ideally with retail client experience (understanding spaces and installs is a bonus).
  • Understanding of store installs, de rigs and re-fits, and budget management.
  • Based in London or the home counties with hybrid working.
  • Super confident communicator capable of managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.
