Job Title: Property Litigation Senior/Managing Associate

Overview

Senior/Managing Associate role within Foot Anstey’s Property Litigation team. Hybrid working from Bristol, Southampton or Exeter. Flexible working pattern. This role focuses on leading and developing the Property Litigation practice, working with private clients as well as corporate clients, retailers, landowner developers, and property investors.

What you’ll do

  • Play an important part in growing and developing the Property Litigation team over time.
  • Lead on matters directly while supervising junior members, and share work proactively across the region in collaboration with the wider team.
  • Be involved in all aspects of property litigation and advise a mix of private and corporate clients.
  • Develop strong and lasting professional relationships with clients.

What we’re looking for

  • Specialist expertise across a range of contentious property matters, including development land disputes (e.g., telecoms), property contracts, and landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, and breach of lease covenants.
  • Positive and proactive mindset with the ability to build new client relationships while nurturing existing ones.
  • Motivation to continue developing skills and understanding the wider context of clients’ business interests.
  • A commitment to innovation, collaboration, and achieving great outcomes with the team.
