About the role

We’re working with a highly regarded national law firm that’s looking to strengthen its Commercial Litigation team with the appointment of a talented Commercial Litigator at Senior Associate or Principal Associate level.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier team handling complex, high-value disputes for an impressive client base that spans FTSE-listed businesses, global household names, and innovative start-ups.

Responsibilities

  • High-Profile Work: Advise on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including court proceedings, arbitration, and ADR.
  • National & International Reach: Work on matters that cross all UK jurisdictions and regularly involve international elements.
  • Sector Variety: Exposure to disputes across financial services, technology, real estate, insurance, competition, and regulatory investigations.

About You / Qualifications

  • Upwards of 4 years\' PQE with solid experience in commercial litigation.
  • Skilled in managing complex disputes, with experience in technology or cross-border matters being advantageous but not essential.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys client contact and leading on matters.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute to business development and mentor junior colleagues.
