Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Producing conceptual design schemes and agreeing on client briefs
• Managing and reviewing sub-consultants' designs
• Holding regular design team meetings with clients and stakeholders

Projects:

• A variety of projects including commercial, residential, industrial, and leisure schemes
• Master planning schemes, including urban regeneration

Requirements:

• Confidence in meetings to understand briefs and schedule work
• At least 8 years of experience as a building services design engineer
