Our well-known and respected client is seeking experienced Senior and Principal Recruitment Consultants to join their successful Accounting & Finance team. They have some of the most compelling opportunities in the market currently.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant include:

• Collaborating with the divisional Director to establish a clear vision and strategy for the desk, with measurable milestones to track performance
• Motivating others to achieve strategic goals
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base
• Contributing to the team's strategic direction, from recruitment to market analysis
• Cultivating and demonstrating expertise in the specialised sector and market
• Fostering a positive and adaptable culture of change, inspiring passion and commitment within the team by leading from the front

Ideal candidate

Ideal candidate for the Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant position

• 2+ years of prior experience
• Demonstrated success in agency recruitment
• Proficiency in business development
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and self-motivated demeanor, with a collaborative approach
• Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments and under pressure
