Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver geotechnical design packages for major civil engineering and infrastructure projects
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, environmental, and civil engineers
• Conduct geotechnical analysis, interpret site investigation data, and prepare detailed reports
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure high-quality project outcomes

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field
• Chartered or nearly Chartered status (ICE or equivalent)
• Proven experience in geotechnical design (e.g., foundations, retaining walls, slope stability, ground improvement)
• Strong knowledge of UK design codes and Eurocodes
• Excellent communication and project management skills
