Role Summary and Impact
We have a unique opportunity to raise the bar for SEO across ZEUR, working with some of the biggest brands on the planet eager to showcase their supremacy online. As an SEO Senior Analyst in the Above Market Zone team, you’d be part of a group of Search specialists holding authority across the Zone. You will partner with brands to ensure they have a clear strategy in place to maximize the organic opportunity, including working with brands at various stages of digital maturity. You will be involved at every level, from crawling sites and assessing data to developing solutions for SEO success. Additionally, you will help educate the wider Local Market teams on your approach to ensure consistent principles across the region, driving SEO excellence further. You will be surrounded by some of the best in the business, so be prepared to learn a lot!
Responsibilities:
- Develop organic search strategies for specific business units, including detailed recommendations like technical audits and gap analysis.
- Work closely with the ZEUR Nestlé Search Leads to cascade Above Market principles and best practices in local markets.
- Build positive rapport with client contacts and third-party enablers such as content agencies and development teams.
- Report effectively, analyzing data to identify what’s working well and communicating key messages.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in SEO.

Essential:
- Foundational experience in SEO.
- Experience with technical SEO projects.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Analytical mindset and technical knowledge.
- Strong communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Enthusiastic, confident, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, methodical, with excellent time and project management skills.
- Proactive and autonomous, eager to learn and explore.
- Genuine interest in SEO and digital marketing.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Calm under pressure.
Preferable:
- Experience with technical SEO projects.
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and web standards.
- Experience supporting site migrations from an SEO perspective.
- Experience in content marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of PPC and current digital trends.
- Additional language skills.
