Responsibilities

• Strategy: Work with clients to clarify priorities and objectives, conduct opportunity analysis, perform competitor analysis, and build strategies and roadmaps using advanced SEO knowledge.
• Content SEO: Develop and deliver organic content strategies, perform keyword research and mapping, build content calendars, optimise on-page content, and provide training to team members and clients.
• Digital PR: Analyse backlink portfolios, identify gaps, explore guest posting and outreach ideas, pitch articles, generate ideas for newsworthy coverage, and develop Digital PR strategies.
• Technical SEO: Review websites for opportunities, implement quick technical wins to boost performance, utilise tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs), support web developers, and provide training.
• Reporting: Analyse and deliver monthly client SEO performance reports, identify trends, benchmark and forecast, and monitor performance via Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Client Communication: Maintain strong client relationships, communicate via email/phone/video/in person, support junior team members, respond promptly, and ensure data transparency for clients.

Requirements

• A passion for SEO with substantial, demonstrable experience.
• Excellent copywriting skills for informative and engaging web content.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of client goals and objectives; technically minded with problem-solving ability.
• Experience using leading SEO tools; ability to collaborate with other departments, including Paid Media.
• Adaptability and versatility; experience in an agency and with not-for-profit organisations/charities is preferable.
