Opportunity
You’ll manage a low-volume, high-quality caseload of complex multi-track serious injury claims (maximum 30 live cases), allowing you to focus on the clients who need you most. From working with medical experts to negotiating seven-figure settlements, you’ll be part of a team that changes lives every day — and you’ll do it all with the tools, tech, and support you need to excel.
Role responsibilities
- Managing complex litigated catastrophic injury files
- Building strong client relationships with empathy and care
- Instructing medical and liability experts
- Negotiating substantial settlements with insurers
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss
- Attending remote or in-person hearings where required
Required qualifications
- A Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (5+ PQE, ideally Grade A)
- Experienced in serious or catastrophic injury litigation
- Commercially astute, organised, and technically strong
- Confident working independently and remotely
- Compassionate, professional, and passionate about claimant work
