Serious Injury Solicitor 3+ PQE – Birmingham, Firm

Firm seeks a personal injury solicitor to join their highly rated Serious Injury team in Birmingham. Our client has an excellent and long-standing reputation in the claimant personal injury field, with a particularly notable Serious Injury practice. The firm is looking for a solicitor to join their serious injury practice which is led by a well-respected partner. The role will involve handling a busy caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims on behalf of injured Claimants and their families, with opportunities to work alongside senior colleagues on larger and more complex, high-value cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a busy caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims for claimants and their families.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on larger, more complex, high-value cases to deepen experience from the outset.
• Support the team in secure multi-million pound settlements in birth injury, spinal injury, and other serious injury claims.

Qualifications & Experience

• Ideally 3+ years PQE in a similar role in claimant personal injury or defendant work with an intention to focus on claimant casework.
• Experience in managing serious injury cases and a proven background in either claimant PI or defendant work.
