Join BDO's Bristol Service Charge team—a hub of excellence in independent service charge reviews. We're gearing up for significant growth, and we're on the lookout for a Manager to lead the charge in delivering top-notch client service to our expanding clientele.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, you'll take the reins in overseeing high-quality independent reviews of annual service charge expenditure for a key client. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring our work is efficient, meets KPIs, and is perfectly tailored to each client's needs. You'll be the go-to person for both your team and clients, handling challenges with confidence and reporting directly to the Director and Partner team.

Your role will also involve driving business development, actively seeking opportunities to expand our reach. If you're ready to make a real impact and help shape the future of our service charge team, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be someone with:

  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with experience working in an accountancy practice or other financial environment
  • Someone with relevant service charge accounting experience would also be considered
  • Experience managing junior staff
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Excellent communication skills

Requirement of 2 days a week minimum in the Bristol office.
