Service Delivery Manager – £55,000 – £60,000 – Hybrid/SW London Job Summary Join a fast‑growing multi‑vendor IT solutions provider that prioritises staff wellbeing and customer satisfaction. The Service Delivery Manager will manage delivery to multiple clients, improve service methods, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities
Identify areas within current methods for service improvement. Deliver Service Level Agreements and customer commitments. Produce service reviews and develop service account roadmaps. Manage the delivery of all contracted services for individual or portfolio customers. Develop and enhance strategic relationships with customers. Collaborate across multiple teams to implement improvements. Handle financial issues relating to budgets and forecasts to maximise profit. Manage difficulty, performance problems and conflict within the team. Deliver against Service Improvement Programs.
Requirements
Experience setting up and maintaining business systems including Service Management, reporting, monitoring and remote tools. Strong people management skills. Customer‑facing experience. Knowledge of ITIL best practices. Background in V3 or V4 foundation.
