A vacancy for a Service Delivery Manager (Google Workspace) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Newport, Stevenage or Portsmouth to join our Digital team.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the reliability, availability and security of Google Workspace services in the UK.
Perform ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
Ensure that service agreements with the provider are observed and concluded.
Analyse service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and user feedback to propose and implement improvement actions, and increase the level of customer satisfaction.
Manage and report on the planned operating budget.
Contribute to the definition of new products and services with the project teams.
Qualifications
Experience in operational activities in provider and service management.
Experience in IT infrastructure and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office 365 products & services.
Experience in security products (e.g. McAfee, Stormshield, Netskope) would be a plus.
Service and customer experience oriented. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
