What you’ll do

As a Service Partner with Yodel, you’ll be given a set district for your team to deliver in. You’ll need to deliver every item safely and keep your team happy too. You’ll be responsible for looking after your business, covering everything from driver pay to service performance and compliance. You will plan your own route, be allocated a specific tour each day, collect parcels from your local Service Centre, scan and load them on to your van(s), and then deliver.

We provide full training and the tools to grow your business if you wish, with the option to expand your team and increase parcels and earnings. You can operate with your own large van or a team of drivers, and we offer flexibility for local delivery work across multiple areas.

Potential revenue starting from £58K per year. There are opportunities to earn as the number of parcels delivered grows, with remuneration tied to service delivery and compliance.

We operate nationwide, so location is flexible for a local delivery company or start‑up looking to take on more deliveries.

What you need to show us

  • Your own team of drivers and fleet of vans
  • Goods in transit and public liability insurance
  • Limited Company Registered
  • UK or EC/EEA valid driver’s licence
  • Right to work documentation
  • Support for your drivers to ensure successful delivery of our parcels, 6 days a week

Additional notes All self-employed delivery drivers have access to partner discounts, health and wellbeing programs, and opportunities to develop and grow your business. Yodel recognises that its people are fundamental to its success. We are committed to equal opportunities, we value differences between people, and we aim to build teams that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives and skills.
