About The Role

The Service Excellence Team is responsible for identifying and driving through changes to continually improve the service delivered by the Customer Experience (CX) department. Leading a dynamic team, this role focuses on achieving high service standards, fostering innovation, and implementing transformative initiatives.

This role champions customer-centric strategies, enhances operational efficiencies, and contributes to the company's success and growth. This role requires a proactive leader passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and committed to service excellence.
