Service Improvement Lead – Front Door & Prevention

West Midlands, full-time hybrid, 2-3 days on site per week
£500-550 per day through FCSA Umbrella

Following further investment into the service and their commitment to their improvement agenda, our client is seeking an experienced leader with expertise in Front Door, Intervention & Partnerships.
This role will collaborate with both leaders in the service, the current Head of Service and external partners to drive improvements across both social work practice, support with Ofsted readiness and partnership engagement.
About your role and priorities as Service Improvement Lead Front Door & Partnerships (Early Help):
- Engagement with external partners to improve confidence in referrals and threshold management
- Ensuring that safe decision making is applied through all actions and delivered upon
- Supporting with the coaching and mentoring of leaders within the service
- Deliver the implementation of key strategies and operation review to deliver service improvement
- Collaborate with other key individuals to ensure Families First and social care reform actions are embedded through the service.
- Social work qualified and active registration with SWE
- 5 years full references & Enhanced DBS with barred list check
- Previous experience leading services at a Head of Service level or above in respective service area
- Proven record of service improvement, through a high challenge/high support culture.
- Service improvement expertise with recognised improvements through your strategic leadership
- Proven track record around Ofsted Inspection readiness and achieving “Good” ratings.
- Experience in training and developing staff members
