This role will be location independent and will require regular travel to attend substation sites, customer locations and internal meetings at Siemens offices.

Responsibilities
- Service Portfolio Leadership & Strategy
- Be the expert on Services and Service Mindset, supporting the wider sales team to develop their knowledge and skills in the Service Portfolio
- Become our customer’s “go to” - relationship management with end user, main contractors and consultants for surveys, scope development, consultancy to meet the expectations of our clients.
- Order Intake budget planning and working both independently and with the sales team to create an opportunity pipeline and secure new business to meet a growing ambition.
- Be the internal and external liaison for the opportunity to ensure that all information required is obtained, provided (such as expected return dates or technical queries) and presented where required (such as risk profiles to senior management).
- Support the sales strategy development with new ideas and continue its delivery into our sector.
- Maintain Salesforce based CRM systems to ensure a high standard of data accuracy for contacts, opportunities and forecasts.

- Brings experience of classic substation services, including the ability to conduct site surveys.
- Has a Service Mindset and is passionate about identifying and solving customers’ problems. Is able to build tender scopes in collaboration with customers
- Is passionate about the role of technology and digitalization in advancing the way assets are managed and maintained.
- Has experience in a Service or end client business, in either a sales or operational delivery role. Experience working in a Substation or Energy site environment.
- No specific qualifications are crucial for this role, however Degree/ HND in Engineering or equivalent would be preferable.
