Role:

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will lead scoping, design, development, and implementation activities to deliver world-class ServiceNow solutions. You will analyze business requirements, define technical solutions, and work with various teams to ensure standards and quality are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery of ServiceNow projects
• Define architectural and design solutions
• Mentor junior architects and development teams
• Demonstrate solutions across the ServiceNow platform
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and client systems
• Resolve technical issues during project lifecycle
• Maintain knowledge through certifications and community engagement
• Build relationships with clients and team members
• Contribute to ServiceNow product roadmap
• Ensure compliance with DXC standards

Requirements:

• Experience in consulting and technical delivery
• Proven track record delivering complex ServiceNow projects
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
• Certified Implementation Specialist in at least one product suite
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integration technologies
• Experience in complex client environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
• Willingness to travel and work remotely as needed
