Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect

Location: London, Manchester or Birmingham

Level: Associate Manager/Specialist

Salary: Competitive Salary & Package (Dependent on Experience)

As a ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect you will

  • Understand business challenges and architect system solutions with ServiceNow.
  • Work with global clients across industries in a trusted advisor capacity to design and deliver new solutions.
  • Influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) while offering thought leadership to sponsors and stakeholders on governance, program/project management, business processes and technical problems.
  • Continuously learn and undertake new certifications (e.g., Certified Master Architect).
  • Stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow applications and offerings.
  • Access robust training and certification opportunities within the ServiceNow Business Group.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams to progress.
  • Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
  • Manage and mentor ServiceNow Developers in a technical leadership role.
  • Be process-oriented and prefer order and clarity.
  • Know when to ask for help from peers and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Bring experience from Enterprise Software or Consulting environments.

Qualifications and experience

  • Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
  • Minimum 3+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
  • Experience in 3 product lines outside ITSM (e.g., ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Security Clearance is desirable, or the ability to obtain SC clearance is required.
