Service/Nurse Manager - Maudsley Health, United Arab Emirates. Role at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) in partnership with MACANI, Abu Dhabi-based organisation, to develop and extend high quality mental health care across the United Arab Emirates.

Maudsley Health is progressing developments across the Middle East to replicate the high quality of SLaM’s specialist services. We are seeking experienced, high-quality clinical staff with a flexible approach, who use evidence-based practice and engage positively with patients. Initial discussions are welcome.

We are particularly keen to hear from Qualified Mental Health Nurses (Band 8 a/b/c) with experience in the following specialisms:

• CAMHS
• Intellectual Disability
• Older Adults
• Addictions

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered services as the CAG Service Manager (Nurse Manager).
• Direct staff to maintain high standards of professional conduct.
• Work with the CAG Clinical Director to develop and implement clinical care pathways.
• Monitor the quality of clinical care, including safety, outcomes, and patient feedback.
• Develop staff to deliver excellence and foster a multi-professional culture.
• Deliver agreed operational objectives, drive quality improvements, and lead the CAG accreditation programme.
• Contribute to the reputations of Maudsley Health, MACANI, and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust through values-based leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, mental health nursing, or intellectual disability nursing
• NMC Registered
