Are you passionate about supporting children and families? Nexus Family Connect is looking for caring, reliable Sessional Family Contact Workers to join our team, helping families enjoy safe, meaningful time together.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support family sessions, ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Work closely with families, colleagues, and professionals to provide a warm, professional environment for every session.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – preferred
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
• Communicates clearly and compassionately with children and families
• Holds a full UK driving licence – desirable
• Reliable, flexible, and passionate about making a difference
