About The Role

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and drive continual improvement in all aspects of our Health, Safety and Environmental Management reporting processes.
• Support and coach the sites leadership team to reduce workplace accidents, Near Misses, and Dangerous occurrences.
• Oversee the sites SHE KPI databases for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting purposes.
• Be the sites point of contact for all SHE regulatory audits and visits.
• Ensure all sites assessments, priority action trackers, and statutory inspections are completed.
• Ensure the sites Behavioral Safety and Workplace Culture Transformation initiatives are delivered.
• Create and deliver a robust accident reduction plan supported by the site’s leadership team.

Who We Are Looking For

• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification required – or working towards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience within an FMCG environment and knowledge of audits.
• Proven experience providing coaching to all levels of employees.
• Excellent IT skills – MS Office.
• Environmental qualification – or evidence working towards.
