Main purpose of the role Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from available commercial contracts lawyers as we are expecting to see an increase in demand from our clients within this space. Assignments will likely run for 6 months+ and we expect hybrid working to be available. Person specification
You are a qualified lawyer with significant commercial contracts experience and training from a top tier law firm or in-house equivalent. You will have experience negotiating client documents, vendor agreements, IT and corporate/commercial agreements. You have relevant sector experience from Financial Institutions and the Tech, Media and Telecomms sectors. You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads. You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team. You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
