For additional information on the firm, please visit .**Main purpose of the role:**Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from securitisation lawyers who are keen to support our investment banking client for a parental leave cover of 6 months, with potential to extend.The team provides transactional legal support for securitisation transactions backed by all asset classes, including CLOs and synthetic risk transfer (SRT) trades.This is a full time assignment, working a hybrid model.**Person specification:*** You are a qualified lawyer with proven experience in securitisation, gained in a leading private practice or an in-house legal team.* You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.* You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.* You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
