Main purpose of the role
Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from regulatory/capital markets lawyers who are keen to support our client on a project.
This is expected to be a full-time (with three days in the London office) role for 6 months initially.
Person specification
Ideally, you are a qualified lawyer with capital markets experience.
You have experience in managing large projects and coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
You are able to work in a dynamic and fast‑moving environment.
You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
