About the Site HR Manager Role

The Site HR Manager will be developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives, alongside partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to drive organisational change and development initiatives. This role blends operational and strategic HR responsibilities, making it ideal for individuals who excel at navigating both day-to-day HR tasks and broader organisational initiatives.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and deliver both day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records.
  • Advise on employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and union matters.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and support professional development.
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team and act as a key liaison with union representatives.

About You

The successful Site HR Manager will have experience as a HR professional, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Other requirements include:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and union relations.
  • Integrity, resilience, and a passion for empowering others.
