Kenton Black are seeking a permanent Site Manager to join their clients expanding team in Dundee. The company, a respected leader in housing refurbishment, is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale refurbishment. This hands‑on role offers the opportunity to manage live sites, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are consistently achieved while making a meaningful impact on communities. Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of housing refurbishment projects Manage multi‑trade teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery Conduct regular site inspections and uphold rigorous health, safety, and compliance standards Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder communications Coordinate materials, logistics, and labour to meet programme milestones Build positive relationships with tenants, ensuring minimal disruption during works Deliver projects to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship
What You Bring
Proven experience in housing refurbishment and/or energy retrofit projects Valid CSCS card, SMSTS certification, First Aid qualification, Asbestos Awareness, and CISRS certification Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem‑solving Ability to manage projects independently and decisively in fast‑paced environments Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients, residents, and site teams Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland
