Overview We are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee a supermarket refurbishment project in the Ripon area. This is a temporary position with a duration of 15 weeks on days. The start date of this project is Thursday 31st July. Previous experience working on supermarkets or fit-out projects is essential. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the successful completion of the project. Oversee all aspects of the project, including safety, quality control, and scheduling. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensure the project meets all timelines, budget requirements, and health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with the client.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager with a background in similar projects. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid
