In this role, you will define and evolve the organisation’s SRE practice by establishing principles, objectives, and measurable outcomes that strengthen system reliability. Leading a small team you will collaborate closely with product and platform owners to set and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Indicators (SLIs) that directly enhance customer experience. In addition, you will work across engineering, operations, and architecture teams, ensuring the systems consistently meet reliability and performance goals while driving automation to eliminate manual effort and improve efficiency. Experience & Skills to Be Successful

Proven experience leading and managing technical or SRE teams within Financial Services Strong hands‑on experience with SolarWinds Currently leading a small‑to‑medium size team Hands‑on expertise with cloud platforms (Azure) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) Skilled in incident, change, and problem management processes and tools Experience designing and operating scalable, highly available, and resilient systems Knowledge of container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift) and modern architecture (microservices, APIs) Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across technical and business teams
