Key Responsibilities

• Drive reliability, performance, and scalability across cloud and on-prem systems
• Automate toil, reduce alert fatigue, and evolve monitoring capabilities
• Build and refine CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless delivery
• Strengthen observability and proactively prevent issues before they impact users
• Evaluate cutting‑edge tools, frameworks, and cloud solutions to keep us ahead of the curve
• Expand your expertise across diverse technical domains and architectures

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience with Azure and modern infrastructure management tools (Ansible, Chef, etc.)
• Strong hands‑on experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes/OpenShift/Docker Swarm
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins), monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB), and event‑driven messaging (RabbitMQ or similar)
• Confident with Linux, SQL, and network security protocols
• Familiar with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience coding in Python, Java, or Go
• Knowledge of cross‑domain technologies or service management environments
• Hands‑on experience applying observability patterns and building availability metrics
