Role Overview

As a Small Business Growth Specialist at HubSpot, you will focus on helping small businesses grow using HubSpot software. This role involves outbound sales strategies, working remotely within an inside sales model, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify challenges faced by prospective customers and recommend inbound marketing solutions.
• Close new business consistently at or above quota.
• Build and nurture relationships with small and mid-sized companies.

Requirements

• Based in the Netherlands (remote opportunity).
• At least 1 year of sales closing experience.
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
• Excellent forecasting and pipeline management.
• Proven high performance (e.g., over quota, President's Club).
• Goal-oriented with a strong achievement approach.

• Excellent communication, time management, and adaptability for remote work.
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments.
• Passion for business growth and curiosity about tech.
• Humility and enthusiasm.
• Dutch language skills are a bonus.
