Your Role as an SME Sales Consultant:

  • Converting sales anddriving revenue growth
  • Selling to new SME clients viaphone and face-to-face meetings
  • Managing pipelines, contracts, and client onboarding
  • Assisting Consultus International Business Development Team with up-sells
  • Promotingnew product launchesto the customer base
  • Helping with marketing andbrand exposurein the SME market
  • Understanding competitor offerings and industry trends
  • AttendingSME expos and eventsto attract new customers
  • Deliveringexceptional customer servicewith every interaction
  • Using and maintaining ourCRM, Quotation, and Contracting Platform

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1.5 years’ experiencein outbound B2B new business sales (ideally energy)
  • Highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and performance
