In a nutshell
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Social Campaign Manager to join our Brand and Social Media team at Virgin Atlantic. You’ll help shape and deliver our paid social and display strategy across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google DV360, and The Trade Desk.
You’ll be a key player in driving creative optimisation and innovation, using data and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Working with agencies, internal teams, and partners, you’ll ensure our paid social presence is as bold, creative, and innovative as our brand.
Day to day
- Lead day-to-day agency management and campaign optimisation across key platforms, driving efficiency and creative effectiveness through test-and-learn plans.
- Manage the end-to-end creative process, from internal and agency briefings through to final asset delivery.
- Partner with media agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery aligns with brand and commercial KPIs.
- Champion innovation and automation, leveraging AI-driven creative testing and optimisation.
- Shape strategic recommendations for paid social and display channels, contributing to annual planning and performance goals.
- Own campaign measurement, reporting, and insight generation, working with the Marketing Effectiveness team to translate learnings into actionable strategies.
- Act as a champion for social best practice, supporting upskilling across teams and fostering collaboration with other marketing functions.
About You
You’ll bring a deep understanding of the paid social landscape and a track record of managing successful campaigns across Meta and TikTok. You’ll be confident analysing data, managing agencies, and pushing creative boundaries.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience running end-to-end paid social campaigns (planning, activation, reporting, and optimisation).
- Is confident analysing campaign data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Has experience overseeing creative and brand lift tests within social platforms.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates exceptional organisational skills.
- Is experienced in briefing and evaluating creative assets, from video to copy.
- Brings a passion for digital marketing, innovation, and new technology.
- Has exposure to AI-driven optimisation and automated campaign delivery.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience working with display campaigns and programmatic platforms.
- Familiarity with performance measurement tools and marketing attribution models.
