The successful candidate will:

• Have 5+ years Social Media experience, agency‑side, working across big‑name Consumer brands. Ideally already at Account Director level, but Senior Account Manager level candidates are also welcome.
• Be highly strategic, and equally capable with creative and campaign delivery, to plan and activate innovative and memorable campaigns that will ensure your clients are leading the online conversation.
• Along with organic social expertise across all major platforms, experience with both paid social and influencer is essential; you’ll have a strong track record of delivering significant results for your clients.
• Be the key point of contact on all things social for a number of high‑value clients, requiring exceptional client service skills and commercial nous to organically grow and develop your accounts.
• Possess experience of managing junior colleagues and thereby take on a leadership role within the agency’s social media team. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various teams across the agency and ensure cross‑channel integration.
