Social Media & Content Manager (fixed-term contract)

Join the Marketing Team at Jacada to oversee social media and content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and email marketing. This maternity cover contract may lead to a permanent role.

About the Role

You’ll report to the Head of Content and support a small team, guiding them on copywriting, editing, testing, and community management. You’ll lead the social media and email content calendar, collaborate with regional experts, and monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee content for organic social media channels and email marketing workflows.
• Guide and support a small team in creating social assets and drafting emails.
• Sign off final content to ensure brand guideline adherence.
• Own and drive the social media and email content calendar.
• Collaborate with digital and regional teams to reflect commercial priorities.
• Monitor performance and contribute to overarching strategy.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in social media management and content creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok).
• Experience in email marketing.
• Line‑management experience.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Understanding of marketing KPIs.
• Knowledge of the luxury sector.

Good to have

• Experience within the travel industry.
• Deep understanding of the US market.
• Interest in sustainable travel.
• Experience with Canva, HubSpot, scheduling tools.
• Experience producing paid social creative.

What To Expect

Jacada is a bespoke travel company offering luxury journeys primarily for US guests. Collaborative environment, remote work mostly from London team, 10am–6pm UK time. Environmental focus on conservation and sustainability.

Contract: 9‑month maternity cover with potential to transition into a permanent role

Salary: £40–45k, with local adjustment outside the UK.
