Role description

Own and scale Softr’s full social presence across LinkedIn X and emerging channels

Run creative campaigns turning launches updates and customer stories into engaging content

Create short form copy visuals and lightweight video for experimentation and rapid iteration

Engage actively with builders creators and industry voices to drive conversation

Partner with Influencer Manager to source support and activate branded creators

Maintain clear reporting across social analytics and dashboards

Must haves

  • 5 years as a creator with proven audience growth (in a company - B2B / B2C Tech or personal brand)
  • Exposure to virality - with a brand or with a creator (IE Mr Beast)
  • Hands on experience managing social channels for a brand or creator
  • Strong short form writing with ability to adapt voice and tone
  • Comfort creating visuals in Figma or Canva
  • Deep understanding of trends formats and platform culture
  • Technical curiosity around no code automation and builder tools

Nice to haves

  • Short form video editing or storyboarding
  • Understanding of SEO and GTM launch mechanics
  • Experience growing communities
  • Exposure to app builders or automation tools

Salary

in US: up to 150k USD

In Europe up to 135k EU / 135
