Social Media Marketing, Influencer, & Community Manager UK

What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day management of Doughlicious U.S. social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms)
  • Develop and execute a social media and influencer strategy that grows awareness, engagement, and conversion with UK audiences
  • Partner with U.S. Head of Marketing and Global team to create epic campaign calendars and content themes aligned with global brand goals and local business targets
  • Partner with US. Social Media Manager to coordinate how the UK plans are executed on joint social accounts
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with local micro- and macro-influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators
  • Manage and optimize the UK social media marketing budget for maximum impact and efficiency
  • Coordinate and direct external media, creative, or social agency partners as needed
  • Provide clear reporting, analytics, and insights to improve performance and demonstrate ROI ("bang for the buck")
  • Stay ahead of social trends, cultural shifts, and technology—including smart use of AI tools to produce better work with less effort and stress
  • Manage social listening, community engagement, and customer interaction to build brand loyalty and advocacy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, sales, PR) to ensure consistent brand storytelling

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of social media and influencer marketing experience, ideally with CPG/food & beverage brands
  • A track record of growing and managing communities on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Experience managing influencer programs end-to-end (sourcing, contracting, briefing, measurement)
  • Strong creative eye for storytelling, short‑form video, and culturally relevant content
  • Data‑driven mindset with comfort in analytics, social reporting, and ROI measurement
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Comfortable working remotely while engaging with a global team
  • Bonus: Prior experience with UK retail/omnichannel CPG brands or early‑stage challenger brands
