We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to assist in our online engagement efforts and promote our brand across multiple platforms.

This is a dynamic, creative role for someone who is not only comfortable behind the scenes but also confident being on camera. If you're a storyteller with a flair for real estate and a solid understanding of digital content, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Write compelling captions, LinkedIn posts, and other social copy aligned with our brand voice.
• Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Brainstorm and develop content ideas based on market trends and real-time social media shifts.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and the creative team to gather, create, and deliver content.
• Monitor performance metrics, assist with reporting and analytics, and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a creative mindset.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation software.
• Solid understanding of social media best practices across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable being on camera for stories, reels, and TikToks.
