Overview

We are looking for a Social & Paid Media Manager or Senior Social & Paid Media Manager to join our integrated agency in Leeds, initially as maternity cover.

We’re an award-winning integrated agency working with clients across sectors. We value collaboration, growth, and a settled, friendly workplace. Our work spans from supermarket shelves to social feeds and newspaper front pages, and we’ve been doing this since 1999.

You are a natural communicator and organiser with experience managing paid media campaigns and a working knowledge of social media marketing, platforms, and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Set strategies and KPIs for clients and review campaigns to optimise performance.
  • Work closely with a small team of paid and social media specialists and the wider comms function.
  • Be a key part of delivering creative and impactful campaigns across social media and digital platforms, staying up-to-date with best practices and trends.
  • Develop ideas with agency copywriters and designers and establish yourself as the go-to client contact.
  • Lead client relationships and coordinate with other departments (PR, creative, studio, digital) as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience of paid media across social and Google, plus some organic social media management.
  • 2–3 years’ agency experience.
  • Ability to develop and execute social and paid media strategies for a range of clients, including client contact, content creation, campaign ideas, asset briefing, paid media delivery, setup, and reporting.
  • Experience working effectively with other departments and building strong relationships with clients, media, and third parties (e.g., influencers).
  • Based at Leeds Dock.

  • Hours/Location: Leeds Office – minimum 3 days in the office; typical hours 9:00–17:00 Monday to Thursday and 9:00–16:30 Friday.
