Job Title: Social Worker – Learning Disability Team
Location: London Borough of Lambeth Council
Rate: £32 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Make professional judgments within relevant legal and policy frameworks.
- Conduct assessments of individuals' needs for care and support, develop care plans, support their implementation, and review/reassess as needed.
- Carry out adult safeguarding inquiries, support colleagues involved in these inquiries, and help individuals develop safeguarding plans aligned with their wishes and circumstances.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving license
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
